Between Narbonne and Carcassonne, in the true poetic countryside of France, Valentin and Fabien offer a cuisine dressed in plates that are sometimes creative, sometimes traditional but always built with with local products, short supply chain, fresh products, and above all respect for seasonality and the environment.
Choose between seasonal tapas or the € 32 menu with starter + main course and dessert.
The dishes change with the season. Right now we recommend the Organic Chicken Egg glazed with herb juice, candied lemon and trout egg and the Mediterranean Red Mullet in bouillabaisse juice with tarragon.
Unless you are more Burrata, Hams and Snails to share type of personne.
The place offers a really large choice of vines mixing young vineyards bottles and old renowned bottles for all budgets.
